This tool is designed to give a neat and uniform finish to the top edge of a cake, once the almond paste/marzipan is on the cake, take the NARROW CURVE EDGER, and using gentle pressure over the curve, slide around the top edge. If the tool leaves any slight 'take off' marks, these are easily removed by using a smoother again over the top, and the SIDE EDGER around the sides. Repeat the process with sugarpaste if necessary.
